Machine Pitch Softball is meant for girls League Age 6-8 Years old. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND playing at least 1 season of Coach Pitch BEFORE playing Machine Pitch if age eligible.

There will be an Evaluation and Draft.

Minor Player Pitch Softball is meant for girls League Age 9-10 Years old. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND playing at least 1 season of Machine Pitch BEFORE playing Player Pitch if age eligible.

Please note that we will be attempting to play with other leagues during the season if scheduling allows it to help encourage/promote fun play amongst the district teams and to continue to grow the excitement of Softball! This means we could be playing against leagues in Niceville, South Walton, Freeport, and/or Shalimar. While it will be our goal to play these games in Destin, we may at times go to another park. Notice would be provided ahead of time.

This year there will also be additional opportunities through Little League International rules to combine Destin Little League Teams to create an additional Interleague Team. More information to be announced at a later time on this.

Majors Player Pitch Softball is meant for girls League Age 11-12 Years old.

IF there are not enough participants, we will evaluate options and communicate with parents. Options will include, but not limited to: 11 year olds playing in Minors division (allowed per LL International). Create combined team with other girls outside of Destin and play interleague games, traveling to local leagues in the area (such as Niceville, Shalimar, South Walton, etc.)

If a team IS NOT formed or a player decides against playing, registration fee will be refunded.
